Lipsy’s Pixie Makes Summer Dresses A Festival

Some exciting news reaching us from Lipsy HQ is that the long awaited collection of summer dresses inspired by British songstress Pixie Lott are due in stores on April 28th.

The ranges have been a long time coming, and we’ve seen the footage in the Majorca photoshoot earlier in the year, but the new summer party dresses and summer festival collection is coming to stores and these pages within Days so keep checking back.

Lipsy’s full marketing effort is behind the launch therefore you may have already seen glimpses of the new ranges previewed in the glossies recently, all of whom have given the ranges a collective thumbs up. with the editor of “Look” magazine even stating of Pixie’s Lipsy collection “as catchy as her songs”.

The editor of the best selling high street fashion glossy, Ali Hall went on to pick out some of her favourite pieces and further commented of the collection: “The floral frocks and bleached denim are perfect for layering up and make a cute capsule camping wardrobe”. Pixie’s party dresses, maxi dresses and denim shorts as well several adorable sun dresses were also highlighted as been her favourite pieces from the range.

As you would expect, Pixie’s festival and party ranges from Lipsy are full of drop dead gorgeous pieces which are launched just in time for the festival season which has inspired a lot of Pixies looks and as a result are full of wonderful summer dresses which also reflect the trends of the moment.

The festival collection is full of key looks and obviously falls on the rock chic come hippy look that Pixie is known for, whilst the Party collection is very “girly” and glamorous but with a Rock Chic feel through the addition of some animal prints keeping the range slightly edgy, and is in a way a true reflection of Pixie herself.

Hard on the campaign trail, All you fans of Pixie can see her in the flesh busy promoting her ranges in person at Lipsy stores kicking off the event at the Bluewater shopping centre On Wednesday April 28th.

Very much like the store opening programme of several years ago, no doubt Lipsy will have plenty of surprises lined up for you at the launches.
